Past Incidents

We are currently upgrading our infrastructure for security reasons.

For this reason, some users may face difficulties in connecting to our services, if they are using encryption and the URL they are calling does not have an SSL certificate.

For example, a connection with the use of SSL / TLS to our email service (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) using as hostname the mail.domain rather than the name of the email server eg. linuxXX.papaki.gr. This will return an error message, for failure and unreliable connection.

In case you are experiencing this problem, follow the procedure as described: From your email client settings, in the Incoming and Outgoing email server, delete the records you already have and fill in the hostname eg. linuxXX.papaki.gr

If you are facing this problem please follow these instructions.

Αυτή την περίοδο προχωράμε σε αναβάθμιση των υποδομών μας για λόγους ασφαλείας.

Γι’ αυτό το λόγο, ενδέχεται να μην είναι εφικτή η σύνδεση των χρηστών σε υπηρεσίες μας με τη χρήση κρυπτογράφησης, αν τα URL που καλούν δεν διαθέτουν SSL πιστοποιητικό.

Για παράδειγμα, μια περίπτωση είναι η σύνδεση με τη χρήση SSL/TLS στην email υπηρεσία (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) χρησιμοποιώντας ως hostname το mail.domain και όχι το όνομα του email server π.χ linuxXX.papaki.gr. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να επιστρέφει μήνυμα λάθους, για αδυναμία σύνδεσης και μη αξιόπιστη σύνδεση.

H διαδικασία που πρέπει να ακολουθήσετε αν αντιμετωπίζετε το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα είναι: από τις ρυθμίσεις του email client και συγκεκριμένα στο πεδίο του incoming και outgoing email server, δηλώστε ως hostname π.χ το linuxXX.papaki.gr αντί του mail.domain.

We would like to inform you that a scheduled update will take place on Sunday 08/10 to Plesk version in all Linux Shared Hosting Servers (Plesk 17 to Plesk 17.5).

The update will start at 07:00 pm.

Estimated recovery time for each server is one hour. During this time, Plesk service will not be accessible and other server services are likely to be affected.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι στα πλαίσια αναβάθμισης των υπηρεσιών μας, έχει προγραμματιστεί αναβάθμιση στην έκδοση του Plesk σε όλους τους Linux Shared Hosting Servers (από Plesk 17 σε Plesk 17.5) την Κυριακή 08/10.

Οι διεργασίες θα ξεκινήσουν στις 07:00π.μ.

Εκτιμώμενη διάρκεια αναβάθμισης για κάθε server υπολογίζεται στη μία ώρα. Κατά το διάστημα αυτό δεν θα είναι προσβάσιμη η υπηρεσία του Plesk ενώ υπάρχει πιθανότητα να επηρεαστούν και οι άλλες υπηρεσίες των server.
