Past Incidents

We are currently dealing with an unexpected network problem that is affecting some of our servers. Our team is working on the issue and there will be an update for any development regarding this issue.

Estimated recovery time: 1 hour

UPDATE (13:55): Τhe problems has been resolved for most affected servers. We are still working on resolving it for servers linux13.papaki.gr, win25.papaki.gr and linux24.papaki.gr. We will keep you updated about these servers.

UPDATE (17:50): The function of servers linux13.papaki.gr, win25.papaki.gr and linux24.papaki.gr has not yet been resolved. Our team is working with the datacenter in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

UPDATE (18:10): The function of linux13.papaki.gr has been restored.

UPDATE (18:36): The function of linux24.papaki.gr has been restored.

UPDATE (21:05): Due to the forceful shut down of win25.papaki.gr, the file system is now corrupted and the server does not boot. We completed all the required procedures but the server still does not respond therefore we will move it's data to an other. We estimate that the migration will be completed tomorrow 25-5-2018 at 13:00 UTC+2

UPDATE (22:30): Τhe server win25.papaki.gr is online and stable so we pause the migration at these moment. The following days we will schedule online migration to newer hardware in order to provide you with more reliable and upgraded services.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αντιμετωπίζουμε έκτακτο δικτυακό πρόβλημα στην υποδομή μας το οποίο επηρεάζει ορισμένους servers μας. Η ομάδα μας εργάζεται ήδη για την επίλυση του προβλήματος και θα ακολουθήσει επόμενη ανακοίνωση για οποιαδήποτε εξέλιξη.

UPDATE (13:55): Η λειτουργία των περισσότερων servers έχει αποκατασταθεί. Το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί ωστόσο να επηρεάζει τους servers linux13.papaki.gr, win25.papaki.gr και linux24.papaki.gr. Θα σας κρατάμε ενήμερους για οποιαδήποτε εξέλιξη σχετικά με τους servers αυτούς.

UPDATE (17:50): Η λειτουργία των servers linux13.papaki.gr, win25.papaki.gr and linux24.papaki.gr δεν έχει ακόμα αποκατασταθεί. Η ομάδα μας σε συνεργασία με το datacenter πραγματοποιούν τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερη αποκατάστασή του προβλήματος.

UPDATE (18:10): H λειτουργία του server linux13.papaki.gr έχει αποκατασταθεί.

UPDATE (18:36): The function of linux24.papaki.gr has been restored.

UPDATE (21:05): Λόγω του βίαιου shut down του win25.papaki.gr, το file system του έχει χαρακτηριστεί corrupt με αποτέλεσμα να μην εκκινείται το λειτουργικό του. Αν και έχουμε ολοκληρώσει όλες τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες για την αποκατάστασή των λαθών, ο server συνεχίζει να μην αποκρίνεται άρα κρίνεται απαραίτητη η μεταφορά των δεδομένων του σε άλλο hardware. H μετακίνηση αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθεί αύριο 25-5-2018 στις 13:00 UTC+2

UPDATE (22:30): Ο Server win25.papaki.gr έχει επανέλθει και έχει σταθεροποιηθεί χωρίς να χρειαστεί να προβούμε σε αντικατάσταση του hardware στην παρούσα φάση. Το επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα θα πραγματοποιηθεί ελεγχόμενη μετακίνησή του σε νεότερο hardware για να μπορέσουμε να σας παρέχουμε πιο αξιόπιστες και αναβαθμισμένες υπηρεσίες.
