During the day we dealed with periods of instabillity in the function of the server cloud7.papaki.gr. Our technical team has identified the problem and works towards its solution. Therefore they will upgrade the server's hardware tomorrow, Wednesday 15/3 at 7:00 a.m.

Οι τεχνικοί μας έχουν εντοπίσει το πρόβλημα και πραγματοποιούν τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την αποκατάσταση του. Σε αυτά τα πλαίσια θα πραγματοποιήσουν, αύριο, Τετάρτη 15/3 στις 7:00 το πρωί, αναβάθμιση στο hardware του server.

Λόγω αλλαγών στην δικτυακή μας υποδομή θα πραγματοποιηθεί αλλαγή της IP του database server db17.papaki.gr (νέα IP: 185.4.133.206). Από την πλευρά σας δεν χρειάζεται να πραγματοποιήσετε κάποια αλλαγή εκτός αν χρησιμοποιείται για την σύνδεση σας στον database server την παλιά IP του και όχι το hostname του. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσετε το hostname του database server.

Η αλλαγή θα γίνει την Κυριακή 12 Μαρτίου 2017 στις 07:00 και ο εκτιμώμενος χρόνος εργασιών υπολογίζεται σε 1 ώρα. Σε αυτό το διάστημα υπολογίζεται ότι θα υπάρχουν downtime. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών θα χρειαστεί να ελέγξετε τα connection strings στη σελίδα σας καθώς και τις διευθύνσεις μέσω των οποίων πραγματοποιείται απομακρυσμένη σύνδεση στις βάσεις δεδομένων.

Due to changes in our infrastructure the IP of the database server db17.papaki.gr will change (new IP: 185.4.133.206). You do not need to make any changes unless you use the old IP to connect to the database server instead of the hostname. In this case you should use the hostname of the database server.

The change will take place on Sunday the 12th of March 2017 at 07:00 a.m. and it is estimated to last 1 hour. During this time there may be downtime. After the change is completed you will need to check the connection strings in the configuration files of your page and the urls through which you connect to the database remotely.
